Geometric simplicity.
Mister is an artisanal ice cream shop in the heart of Vancouver's Yaletown disctrict, famed for doing things a little differently. The modern go-to neighbourhood ice cream shop uses liquid nitrogen-churned methods to create their take on ice cream to die for. This out-lay on the life of ice cream required a unique approach to the market. Up-step Studio Brief. The identity was designed to capture the idea of the local, go-to shop, and the name Mister reflected the mist that is created in the methods of production. The design language speaks volumes in it's simplicity and directness - a simple colour palette that projects confidence in the tasty treat and refined geometric graphics.
