Audi are on a Mission to the Moon as part of the Google Lunar X Prize. Working in support of the Part-Time Scientists, Audi plan to build a rover to be sent to the moon, land safely, travel 500m and send HD images back to earth. The goal of the project is to 'pave the way for cost-efficient space travel and inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, space explorers and adventurers.'
It's inspiring stuff and good to see Audi stepping up to push the boundaries of tomorrow.
